Morning Walks 02/08/2010
I've been going on a lot of Morning Walks lately. I really love that I have quick access to the Snake River and I really enjoy getting out. I thought I would share some pictures I took yesterday, it's so pretty, I couldn't resist but to share... The start of the walk. I love this area because I never run into any people, it's just me and the dogs. The snake river I love all the birds I see down there. During the winter you can find Swans, which I love - so I tried to snag some pictures, but they were kind of far away, so this is the best I got. I also see a ton of geese, ducks and have also seen a Golden Eagle and 2 bald eagles. Man I'm a sucker for this thing called nature, I just love it! These are my walking buddies - Axel (the big beast) and Jade(the little tiny dog) I love a good Morning Walk, always a nice way to start of my day. Thanks for letting me share :) Rainbow Brite Review 02/08/2010

Kids Cooking Show 01/30/2010
When I was younger I used to make silly videos ALL the time. My kids have been asking me to do a video with them, so we thought it would be fun to put something together today. We had a lot of fun, and now they have lots of ideas for future shows. Please enjoy our first little home video...The A & S Cooking Show... Meet Axel 01/29/2010
I have avoided posting and telling my family about my new dog - because I really hate the confirmation that I am crazy for having so many dogs. But since we've had this guy for a little while I decided to tell my Mom tonight. I'm sure she thinks I'm nuts, but we really like him - he's been a lot of fun and makes us feel super safe. Now I can blog about him... here is a video of him tonight, he's quite the character... Javelina 01/29/2010
My husband has been spending some time in Arizona doing some bird hunting. He called the other night to let me know that a pack of wild Javelinas (as pictures below) attacked our dog Darko. There was 6 of these ugly beggers trying to take our dog down. If Kirklan wasn't there, we would of had a dead dog on our hands. Luckily he (the dog) survived with some injuries, but Kirklan said he is doing good now. I'm sure Kirklan will blog more in detail what happened when he gets back from his trip. Man, those are some ugly pigs! Sledding 01/25/2010
We have been taking advantage of this cold weather. Me and the kids have been out sledding almost everyday this past week. Yesterday we woke up bright and early and went sledding before Church. It was a fun way to start our day, the kids had a blast! Here are some pictures from yesterday... Pugly 01/21/2010
I feel the need to dedicate a post to my lack of NO LOVE for the pug. I am sorry, but this is one dog I really have a hard time with. I think it stems from my neighbors 3 yappy, serioulsy annoying dogs. We've been here a year, you think they would be somewhat used to us by now. I walk to the mailbox, I have 3 pugs nipping at my feet. I pull out of the driveway, I have 3 pugs chasing my car. I sit in my office, and hear 3 pugs barking out my window. I pretty much despise them, looking at them makes me ill. Quite frankly in my book they are PUGLY FUGLY!!!! There is only a small space in my heart for one pug. His name is Sonnie, it's my friends dog. He's kind of special so I like him. I tend to like special things in life. He's a cool dog, but the other 3...oh gosh they frustrate me. Here is a picture of Sonnie...now that's a cool dog... (Jenni I hope you don't mind me stealing the pic ) *Sigh* I've had just about enough with these pugs. Pug ya later Kids E-mail (Making Things Safe) 01/21/2010
I wanted to share something that our family loves! We were introduced to Kids E-mail by my wonderful brother in law, who is also the creator of this awesome e-mail program. We have set my oldest daughter up with her own e-mail account. Shylee absolutely loves having her own e-mail address. You could set up an random e-mail account, but the safety features are what make this seriously ROCK. You can get copies of all e-mails coming in and out, and your child will never know - unless you tell them of course! It can also filter out bad language, and pictures. It has many other features, which you can check out here. Really the bottom line is that it is a great way for your kids to use e-mail and not have a e-mail inbox full of junk and spam and potential things you don't want your kids to see. Right now Kids E-mail is offering you to try Kids E-mail for FREE for up to ONE YEAR! Any of you that have kids old enough to send e-mails, I would highly recommend this to you. Not just because I know the founder, but because I really do believe in it. Check out how to get it for Free here. Spin and Win 01/20/2010
